HOW TO USE YOUR NOMU GRINDERS
- Choose your preferred grind setting by pulling the grinder head upwards for a coarse grind, or pushing it down for a fine grind.
- Simply grind the spices into the palm of your hand, the grinder cap or a spoon and season your food. DO NOT grind directly over a steaming pot as this will cause the grinder to clog.
- Replace the cap after use.

SEAFOOD & FISH
- Simply grind over freshly caught fish before gently frying in a knob of butter.

DUCK & POULTRY
- Grind generously into softened butter and rub generously all over a whole chicken before roasting in the oven. For added succulence, carefully lift the skin over the breasts and push some extra butter underneath to baste the crown during cooking.
- Grind onto pieces of skinless, de-boned chicken thighs, coat with NOMU Olive Oil and skewer onto rosemary twigs to grill or bbq. Serve with garlic aioli.
- Grind over slivers of chicken breast before chargrilling in a griddle pan. Add to a rich basil and tomato sauce to serve on your favourite pasta!

STEAK & BBQ
- Season a thick mature sirloin steak with Steak & BBQ Grinder and olive oil and sear in a hot griddle pan. Allow to rest before slicing onto a platter, drizzle with more olive oil and garnish with wild rocket and shaving of parmesan.
- Grind over large brown mushrooms with a dollop of butter and a sliver of garlic before grilling in a hot oven or charring over coals.
- Combine with olive oil and garlic in a bowl. Tie together a few sprigs of rosemary to baste juicy lamb cutlets over the coals.

Steak sandwich | Thin cut fried with steak & truffle butter

SPICY CHILLI
- Grind over potato wedges with Olive Oil and NOMU Pink Salt and roast in a hot oven until browned and crispy.
- Grind onto strips of chicken breast with a few glugs of oil and griddle until just cooked. Sprinkle over a salad, or sandwich between 2 layers of fresh ciabatta. Forget the diet and add a dollop of lemony homemade mayonnaise. Yum!
- Add to any marinade, glaze or basting sauce for added kick and complexity before roasting, grilling or braaing.
- Grind over fresh halloumi cheese to pan-fry until crisp and brown on the outside and irresistibly soft and gooey on the inside. Serve immediately with toasted pita bread.

RAINBOW PEPPER

PINK SALT
- Grind over crisp baby veg for a deliciously healthy snack. Organic radishes are a personal favourite.
