MAYU is a NON-TANGY, thick, creamy, ‘real’ mayonnaise, made with pasteurised, free-range eggs. With a creamy mouthfeel and a subtle hint of mustard and lemon, designed to deliver premium flavour and the very best in homegrown quality and consistency.
MAYU is creamy, and beige in colour with small, visible specs of paprika (made with real paprika powder), and a delicately balanced salt level, delivering a delicious well-rounded ‘homemade style’ mayonnaise.
