Oven Roasted Vine Ripened Tomatoes

Ingredients

Large vine-ripened tomatoes (at least 1 per person)
A drizzle of NOMU Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp NOMU One for All Grinder, NOMU One For All Rub or NOMU Provencal Rub
NOMU Sea Salt and Black Pepper

Directions

Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper or foil (this makes for easier cleaning up!).

Slice the tomatoes in half and place cut side up on a baking tray. Drizzle with Olive Oil and sprinkle with your chosen NOMU seasoning.

Season well with salt and pepper and roast for 20-25 minutes.
