150g NOMU Decadent Hot Chocolate Chunks
Small ripe black figs
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave and allow to cool very slightly. Meanwhile, line a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper.
Using 2 forks, submerge the figs in the melted chocolate until completely coated. Gently shake to remove excess chocolate, then place onto the lined tray.
Place the tray in the fridge for 1 hour before serving to allow the chocolate to set.
Tip: Transfer the melted chocolate to a smaller, deeper bowl to make dipping easier. If it becomes too thick at any point, gently reheat until runny again.
