8 ripe figs
8 slices camembert or brie
NOMU Italian or Provencal Rub
NOMU Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 slices Parma ham
Slices of sourdough or ciabatta, to serve
Preheat your oven to the highest setting (200–240°C).
Carefully slice each fig halfway down into quarters. Gently squeeze to open up the figs into petals. Place the figs on a baking tray and top each with a generous slice of brie or camambert. Sprinkle with either NOMU Italian or Provencal Rub and drizzle with a small splash of Olive Oil. Place into a hot oven until the cheese has melted and the fig has softened.
Serve with delicious slices of Parma Ham and freshly baked sourdough bread.
Tip: This is a perfect solution if your cheese is not quite ripe enough.
