3 tbsp NOMU PINKMILK
1,5 cups chopped strawberries
1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
Drizzle
½ cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
Add the NOMU PINKMILK powder to the yoghurt and stir well. Add the chopped strawberries and mix through until all combined.
Place the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
To make the chocolate drizzle, combine the chocolate chips and oil in a microwaveable bowl and melt in the microwave in 30 second increments, removing and stirring in between until well melted and smooth.
Remove the strawberry clusters from the moulds and place on a plate to drizzle with chocolate.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer and enjoy as a healthy snack!
