SPICED VANILLA MOCKTAIL

Ingredients

4 pumps of NOMU Vanilla Bean Paste
1,5 cups cold brewed black chai tea
30ml simple syrup
Juice of half an orange
Sparkling water
Crushed ice
Sliced apple to garnish
Pomegranate seeds to garnish
Brown sugar & cinnamon for the rim

Directions

Prepare your black chai tea and allow it to cool.
Combine the sugar and cinnamon mix in a shallow bowl.
Use a wedge of orange to rim the glasses and then dip the rims into the sugar-cinnamon mix to coat.
Once the tea is cooled, add all the ingredients along with some ice to either a cocktail mixer and shake, or to a glass and stir well to combine.
Decant the drink into two glasses filled with ice.
Finish off with a splash of soda water, top with a slice of apple and pomegranate seeds and enjoy!
