Festive Seasonal Waffles
Ingredients
1 x NOMU Pancake & Waffle Kit
1 large egg
200ml milk
30ml oil
Red food colouring
For the toppings
Berry ice cream
Fresh berries
Berry jam or compote
Directions
Preheat your waffle iron.
Prepare the waffle mix according to package instructions.
Separate the mixture into two different bowls and add red food colouring to the one half.
Make the waffles in the waffle iron and assemble into a stack.
Top with berries, ice cream and berry compote and enjoy!
