700 g baby Mediterranean potatoes, peeled
200ml classic vinaigrette

Place the potatoes in a pot of cold salted water, bring to a boil and cook until soft.
Drain any excess water and then, working quickly, pour over the vinaigrette and season with Sea Salt, Black Pepper and One for All. Add the garlic, place the lid on the pot and swirl the potatoes around so that they become completely covered in the vinaigrette.
Leave to stand for a while with the lid on before serving to. This gives them time to absorb all the lovely flavours from the vinaigrette.
Serve either cold or hot.
Tips: Add some freshly chopped herbs, like dill, parsley, chives or thyme, to your vinaigrette for a herby kick.
