Double chocolate walnut cookies in the air fryer
Baking these cookies in the air fryer gives them a fantastic fudgy interior. We love the contrast of crunchy toasted walnuts and creamy white chocolate, although you can swap these out for any of your favourite additions!

Double chocolate walnut cookies in the air fryer

Makes: 9-10 cookies

Ingredients

1 box NOMU MiniMakes Chocolate Cookie Dough Mix
60g butter, melted and cooled
1 large egg
60g white chocolate, roughly chopped
60g toasted walnuts, roughly chopped

Directions

Whisk together the sugar (sachet 1) and melted butter, then mix in the egg until well combined. Add the cookie mix (sachet 2), chocolate chunks and walnuts and stir to form a soft dough.

Cover and chill for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 10-12 portions. Roll into balls and press slightly flat into a thick, puck-like disc. Place in the fridge until ready to bake, or store in the freezer sealed in a ziplock bag.

To bake the cookies, preheat your air fryer to 160°C for 2 minutes. Place a sheet of baking paper or an air fryer liner in the basket and bake the cookies in batches of 3-4 for about 10 minutes.

Allow to cool slightly and enjoy while still warm.
