Coconut bread with scrambled eggs and smoked trout

Ingredients

1 loaf homemade coconut bread

TO SERVE:
Scrambled eggs
80g smoked trout ribbons
1 avo, sliced
NOMU Sea Salt and Black Pepper
Handful wild rocket, to serve

Directions

Slice the coconut bread and lightly toast.

Spread with farm butter and top with scrambled eggs, smoked trout and slivers of avo. Season with Salt and Pepper and finish with a garnish of wild rocket.
