STRAWBERRY TIRAMISU
The perfect twist to a classic dessert.

STRAWBERRY TIRAMISU

Ingredients

¾ cup NOMU Reduced Sugar PINKMILK
¾ cup Strawberry Lips liquor
500 g mascarpone
1 large egg
250 ml cream
250 g castor sugar
1 box boudoir biscuits
3 cups strawberries. sliced

Directions

Combine the NOMU Reduced Sugar PINKMILK and Strawberry Lips in a shallow bowl.

Lightly dip and roll each finger biscuit into the PINKMILK and liquor mix and place into a large rectangular dish in a single layer.

In a stand mixer, combine all the other ingredients apart from the strawberries and beat slowly until thick.

Pour half the cream mixture over the biscuit layer. Smooth the cream mixture into a flat layer about 1cm thick and top with half of the sliced strawberries.

Repeat steps 2-4 above to add another layer of biscuits, cream and strawberries. Lastly, top with the remaining cream mix and place in the fridge to firm up for at least 3 hours.

When ready to serve, remove from the fridge and dust a layer of NOMU PINKMILK powder over the tiramisu to give it a lovely pink glow. Serve with fresh strawberries and enjoy!
