Layers of crisp golden puff pastry sandwiched with creamy flecked vanilla bean creme patisserie.

Crème pâtissèrie

This thick vanilla custard forms the foundation for loads of delicious French pastries. Pipe into choux puffs, wedge between sheets of puff pastry for a mille-feuille, fold in some whipped cream to make a Crème Diplomat or use as a tart filling.

Baked vanilla cheesecake

This creamy cheesecake is delicious as is, although it makes a great blank canvas for many delicious toppings like fresh passionfruit, lemon curd or caramel treat and toasted macadamias.

Vanilla custard tart

A simple yet elegant tart filled with a creamy vanilla-flecked custard filling. Sprinkle the top of the tart with cinnamon, top with berries, or torch a layer of sugar on top for a creme brulee effect.
