SPICED WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE

Ingredients

2 cups (500ml) full cream milk

4 tbsp NOMU White Hot Chocolate

½ tsp NOMU Cook’s Collection Ground Cinnamon

½ tsp NOMU Cook’s Collection Ground Allspice

½ tsp NOMU Cook’s Collection Ground Nutmeg

1 NOMU Cook’s Collection Star Anise (optional)

2 NOMU Essentials Cardamom pods (optional)

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat on the stove and whisk to combine. Heat to just before boiling point. Remove the whole spices if using.

Pour into 2 mugs, top with foamed milk and serve with a cinnamon stick and an extra sprinkling of cinnamon. Enjoy!
