Fried bresaola and taleggio sandwich
A bougee toasted sarmie for the grown-ups

Fried bresaola and taleggio sandwich

Makes: 3 sandwiches

Ingredients

6 thick slices of bread (we like to use sourdough)
12 slices Bresaola
Taleggio cheese, sliced
NOMU Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Layer thin slices of bresoala and taleggio between 2 slices of bread. Drizzle generously with Olive Oil on both sides and fry in a pan over medium heat until both sides are brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve with whole roasted garlic and balsamic beetroot.
