30g (or 1 sachet) of NOMU ‘Just Add Water’ Hot Chocolate
1 medium banana
5 blocks of ice
1 tbsp peanut butter
¼ cup of milk
Place the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until the mixture is smooth. If your blender struggles to blend whole ice blocks crush them first to get a thick and even smoothie.
Tip: Add some whey powder to your smoothie for extra protein and a thicker consistency.
