½ cup milk
3 cups low sugar vanilla ice cream (like Skinny Scoop), scooped
3 tbsp (30g) NOMU Reduced Sugar Chocmilk Powder
Palce the milk, vanilla ice cream and NOMU Chocmilk powder in a blender. Cover with the lid and whizz up until smooth.
Pour into ice lollie moulds and gently tap against your counter to release any air bubbles. Cover with the lids, insert your popsicle sticks and freeze overnight until solid.
Remove from the moulds and enjoy!
Tip: For an extra special treat, drizzle the frozen popsicles with melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with chopped roasted salted almonds or hazelnuts. Alternatively, you can melt some chocolate with a teaspoon or two of coconut oil to thin it out for dipping.
