APPLE & CINNAMON SPRITZER

Ingredients
¼ cup apple cider
5 pumps NOMU Vanilla Paste
1 cinnamon stick
¼ cup NOMU Sweet Rub
1 red apple, thinly sliced
3 cups soda water
Directions
Place the cider, Vanilla Paste, cinnamon stick and Sweet Rub in a saucepan over low heat. Allow the sugar to dissolve, stirring continuously, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat and set aside to steep for an hour.
Place the apple slices in a jug with the soda water. Divide the syrup among 4 glasses and top up with apple soda mixture.
