Make this deliciously thick and creamy caramel using just 1 simple ingredient: condensed milk!

Makes: 1 cup

Ingredients

250ml storebought or homemade condensed milk

Directions

Place the condensed milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then stirring continuously, simmer until it becomes thick and turns a beautiful golden caramel colour.

Tips: Delicious for sandwiching cookies, swirled into brownie batter or as a filling for cakes.

Makes 250ml Dulce de Leche.
