Air Fryer Chocolate Brownies
A deliciously fudgy chocolate brownie baked in the air fryer! You cant get any more convenient than this.

Air Fryer Chocolate Brownies

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

1 box NOMU MiniMakes Chocolate Brownie Batter Mix
80g butter, melted
2 eggs
60g dark chocolate chips

Directions

Grease and line an 18cm round cake tin (or a similar shape/size that fits inside your air fryer basket).

Mix together the melted butter and sugar (sachet 1) with a spatula, then mix in the eggs until well combined. Add the brownie mix (sachet 2) and most of the chocolate chips and stir to form a thick, glossy batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared tin, smooth the surface and sprinkle over the reserved chocolate chips.

Preheat your air fryer to 160°C for 2 minutes, then bake the brownie for about 15 minutes or until cooked through put still fudgy in the center. The centre should look slightly puffed and raised, and a skewer inserted into the middle should come out with a few sticky crumbs. Make sure not to overbake, otherwise your brownie will be cakey and dry.

Remove the brownie from the air fryer basket and allow to cool completely before removing from the tin and slicing.
