HOT CHOCOLATE BROWNIE IN A MUG
Sometimes you just want a baked treat without the hassle – we’ve made things super easy for you with our mug brownie!

HOT CHOCOLATE BROWNIE IN A MUG

Servings: 1 Mug Cake

Metric Imperial

Ingredients

3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp NOMU Unsweetened Cocoa Drink
½ tsp baking powder
2 tbsp melted butter
½ tsp NOMU Vanilla Essence
3 tbsp milk
Vanilla bean ice cream, to serve

Directions

In a mug, mix together the flour, brown sugar, NOMU Unsweetened Cocoa Drink and baking powder.

Add the melted butter, NOMU Vanilla Essence and milk, and stir to form a smooth batter.

Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes until cooked. Serve warm with vanilla bean ice cream.

Tips: Sprinkle NOMU Decadent Hot Chocolate pieces over the mixture before cooking, or swirl in a teaspoon of your favourite nut butter (we went with smooth peanut butter).
