1 kg parsnips
NOMU Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp NOMU Garam Masala Rub
NOMU Sea Salt
80 ml maple syrup
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Peel and clean the parsnips. Place in a roasting tray and drizzle with some Olive Oil, NOMU Masala Rub and salt. Drizzle over some of the maple syrup and roast until tender, sticky and golden.
