Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper or foil (this makes for easier cleaning up!).
Slice the tomatoes in half and place cut side up on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with One for All.
Season well and roast for 20-25 minutes.
