Cookies & cream skillet brownie
Treat your loved ones with this warm brownie skillet on a grey wintery day. Baked in one pan and topped with melty scoops of vanilla ice cream, this decadent dessert is designed to be enjoyed in the center of your table with a few spoons for everyone to tuck in.

Cookies & cream skillet brownie

Servings: 6

Ingredients

1 box NOMU minimakes Chocolate Brownie Batter Mix
60g unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
50g white chocolate, chopped
50g Oreos, roughly chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 160°C (fan-assisted convection) and grease a 17cm skillet pan with softened butter or non-stick spray.

Whisk together the butter and sugar (sachet 1), then whisk in the eggs one at a time until well combined. Add the brownie mix (sachet 2) and stir to form a smooth batter. Mix in most of the chocolate and Oreos, reserving some to decorate.

Spread the batter into the prepared skillet and sprinkle over the reserved chocolate and Oreos. Bake for 25-30 minutes and serve warm with a few scoops of vanilla ice cream.

Tip: Don’t worry if your brownie sinks slightly in the center – this is a sign that it’s gorgeously gooey inside!
