GARLIC BREAD
Nothing new, but still so good!

GARLIC BREAD

Servings: 6

Metric Imperial

Ingredients

1 country loaf or French baguette
125g softened butter
4 cloves garlic, crushed
NOMU Sea Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
1 tsp NOMU One For All Grinder

Directions

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Soften the butter with a spoon until creamy and smooth. Add garlic, One For All Grinder, Sea Salt and Black Pepper and combine well.

Cut deep slices into the bread (hasselback-style – don’t cut all the way through) and spread each slice on both sides with the flavoured butter. Wrap the loaf in baking paper or foil and place onto a baking tray.

Bake until the butter has melted and the loaf is deliciously crusty and golden brown.

Tip: You can also add some chopped fresh parsley, thyme, finely grated lemon zest or NOMU Spicy Chilli Grinder to your butter.
