3 tbsp vegetable oil
80ml dairy-free milk (we used soy)
50g vegan dark chocolate, melted Â
Preheat oven to 160°C (fan-assisted convection) and line a 21 x 11cm loaf tin with baking paper.
Whisk together the sugar (sachet 1) and brownie mix (sachet 2) until combined. Add the oil, soy milk and melted chocolate and gently fold together to form a smooth batter.Â
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared loaf tin and bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked through but still fudgy in the centre. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
