CHOC-CHIP COOKIES

Makes: 30

Metric Imperial

Ingredients

250g unsalted butter, softened
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 tsp NOMU Vanilla Extract
3 eggs
2 cups plain flour, sifted
1 tsp baking powder
150g NOMU Decadent Hot Chocolate Chunks

Directions

Preheat the oven to 160ºC.

Beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until pale and creamy. Add the Vanilla and beat in the eggs one at a time.

Add the flour, baking powder and chocolate chunks and mix well to form a soft dough.

Place rounded tablespoons of the mixture onto baking trays lined with baking paper, allowing room for the biscuits to spread. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes until golden brown.

Cool on wire racks and enjoy!
