Broad bean & rosemary crush
This is absolutely scrumptious spread onto chargrilled ciabatta but is also the perfect accompaniment to roast lamb or pork.

Broad bean & rosemary crush

Metric Imperial

Ingredients

2 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 sprig of rosemary
½ cup NOMU Extra Virgin Olive Oil
NOMU One for All Grinder
2 tins butterbeans, drained and rinsed

Directions

Finely chop the shallots, garlic and rosemary and gently fry in a saucepan with generous grindings of One for All until soft and translucent but not coloured.

Add the rinsed butterbeans and sauté lightly for a further two minutes until the beans are coated in aromatic oil and heated through. Remove from the heat.

Crush the mixture well with a fork or puree in a blender, adding more olive oil as desired depending on the consistency you wish to achieve.

Tip: If you want a bit of a bite, add a couple of grindings of NOMU Spicy Chilli
