250g softened butter
FLAVOUR OPTIONS (pick 1 or more):
1 tbsp NOMU Rub of your choice (e.g. Masala, Spanish, Cajun)
1 tbsp NOMU Grinder of your choice (e.g. Seafood & Fish, Spicy Chilli or One for All)
100 g black olives, pitted and chopped
50 g freshly chopped herbs of your choice (e.g. rosemary, thyme, basil, dill, chives, Italian parsley)
2-3 finely chopped cloves of garlic
Place the softened butter in a bowl with 1 or more of the above flavours. Mix well.
Place the flavoured butter in the centre of a large square of foil or clingwrap and roll up, using the ends to twist the roll into a cylinder shape. Place in the fridge until firm. To use, tear back the foil and cut into 1/2 cm slices to baste your meat or veg.
