Peppered Salami
300ml basil pesto

Preheat your oven to 220ºC.
Heat the tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds so that they become softer to fold. Slice tortillas in half. Spread the pesto over the central third of the tortilla half. Top with 1 or 2 slices of peppered salami and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Fold over both sides to form a triangular parcel. Place on a baking tray and brush with NOMU Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Bake for 5-10 minutes, watching continuously to ensure they do not burn. Scrumptious!
