REDUCED SUGAR CHOCMILK BAKED OAT RAMEKINS

Ingredients

½ cup quick cooking oats
½ cup milk
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp nut butter of your choice
½ ripe banana
3 tbsp NOMU Reduced Sugar Chocmilk powder

Optional:
1 small apple, peeled and thinly sliced
Natural yoghurt, to serve

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a blender or nutri-bullet jug and blend until smooth.

Grease two 9-10cm ramekins lightly with cooking spray and divide the blended mixture between them. Top with slices of apple, if using. Place the ramekins in the microwave and microwave on high for 1½ – 2 minutes, or until just cooked through.

Allow to cool for 1 minute, then dollop some natural yoghurt on top or few fresh berries to serve.
