Perfectly baked potatoes

Ingredients

6 large potatoes, washed
NOMU Extra Virgin Olive Oil
NOMU Sea Salt
Butter, sour cream and chives, to serve

Directions

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Rub the potatoes with Olive Oil, sprinkle with salt and bake until cooked through and the skins are golden and crispy. The longer you leave them in the oven, the crispier they will be.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately with lots of butter and salt or topped with sour cream and chopped fresh chives.
