1 large butternut, peeled and sliced into rings and wedges
2 tbsp NOMU Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp NOMU Moroccan, Garam Masala or Provencal Rub
NOMU Sea Salt and Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 180˚C.
Place the butternut on an oven tray. Drizzle with Olive Oil, sprinkle with the Rub of your choice, season with salt and pepper to taste and toss until well coated.
Roast in the oven for 40 minutes, turning the slices over halfway through. You want the butternut to be soft on the inside but with deliciously crispy caramelised edges!
