60g unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 large egg
80g NOMU Decadent Hot Chocolate pieces or chopped dark chocolate

Directions

Preheat your oven to 160°C (fan-assisted convection) and grease a 17cm skillet pan with butter or non-stick spray.

Whisk together the butter and sugar (sachet 1), then whisk in the egg until well combined. Add the cookie mix (sachet 2) and the chocolate and stir to form a soft dough.

Press the dough evenly in the prepared skillet and bake for about 20 minutes until the cookie is lightly golden with a crispy crust and gooey center.

Serve warm with scoops of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
