1kg sugar
3 tins condensed milk
5 tbsp golden syrup
180g butter
125ml water
2 tsp NOMU Vanilla Extract
pinch of salt
Dissolve the sugar in the water over a gentle heat.
Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring from time to time until a firm ball forms when dropped into chilled water.
Beat with an electric beater until firm and almost set.
Pour into a greased baking tray and score while still soft.
