Chocolate Sauce
The best chocolate sauce to pour over homemade vanilla ice cream! Add a splash of your favourite liqueur for a boozy variation.

Ingredients

250ml cream
1 shot espresso (optional)
150g NOMU Decadent Hot Chocolate

Directions

In a saucepan, bring the cream and espresso, if using, to scalding point.

Add the NOMU Decadent Hot Chocolate and stir until the chocolate has melted and the sauce is smooth and glossy.

Pour over homemade vanilla ice cream as a delicious dessert or whizz up a few scoops of ice cream, chocolate sauce and a splash of milk in a blender to make a refreshing chocolate mocha milkshake.

 

Tips: For a boozier option, replace the espresso with your favourite liqueur, like brandy, Cointreau, Frangelico, Kahlua or Grand Marnier.
