FILLET BÉARNAISE

BROWNIE TRUFFLES

Servings: 35-40 Truffles

Ingredients

1 NOMU Chocolate Brownie Kit
4 eggs
140g unsalted butter, melted
NOMU Cocoa Powder, for dusting

Directions

Preheat the oven to 170°C. Grease and line a 23cm square brownie tin with baking paper.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar (from the kit) until smooth and creamy. Stir in the melted butter until combined. Add the brownie mix and chocolate chips and stir to from a smooth batter.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, taking care not to overcook. The center should still be wet and gooey.

Allow to cool completely in the tin before crumbling the brownies into a food processor. Blend until you have a fine crumble.

Roll the brownie crumble into small balls and immediately roll in cocoa powder. Dust with extra cocoa powder just before serving.
