Makes: 35-40 Truffles

Ingredients

1 NOMU Chocolate Brownie Kit
4 Eggs
140g Unsalted Butter, melted
NOMU Cocoa Powder, for dusting 

 

Directions

Preheat the oven to 170°C. Line a square brownie tin (approx. 23cm x 23cm) with baking paper.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until smooth and creamy. Stir in the melted butter. Add the brownie mix and chocolate chips and stir until well combined.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, taking care not to overcook. The center should still be wet and gooey. Allow to cool completely in the tin before crumbling the brownies into a food processor. Blend until you have a fine crumble.

Roll the brownie crumble into small balls and roll in cocoa immediately. Dust with cocoa just before serving.
