Choc fudge sundae
A delicious fuss-free treat when you need a spontaneous dessert

Choc fudge sundae

Ingredients

CHOC FUDGE SAUCE:
150g NOMU Decadent Hot Chocolate
5 tbsp soft brown sugar
1 cup cream
1 tsp NOMU Vanilla Essence

TO SERVE:
Vanilla ice cream
Caramel sauce, homemade or store-bought
Toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped

Directions

Combine the NOMU Decadent Hot Chocolate, soft brown sugar and cream in a saucepan. Whisk over low heat until smooth and glossy, then remove from the heat and stir in the Vanilla Essence.

Scoop vanilla ice cream into glasses and layer with warm chocolate fudge sauce, caramel sauce and hazelnuts.
