1 ¼ cups white wine
4 tbsp Grand Manier
½ cup Barcardi rum
2 tbsp white wine
75g pomegranate pearls
2 oranges, quartered
4 slices of lemon or lime
4 sprigs of mint
Crushed ice, to serve
2 cups soda water
In a large jug, combine the white wine, Grand Marnier, rum and white wine. Add the pomegranate pearls, orange quarters, lemon or lime slices and mint and allow to infuse for 30 minutes.
Pour into four individual glasses over lots of ice. Top up with soda water and serve.
Tips: For a slightly sweeter sangria, replace the soda water with lemonade. The white wine can be replaced with red or mulled wine if you prefer.
