Seared Citrus

Servings: 6

Ingredients

3 oranges, peeled and segmented
3 ruby grapefruits, peeled and segmented
Brown sugar, to sprinkle
2 tsp honey
Yoghurt

Directions

Make sure to remove any pith left on the fruit segments as this will make them bitter. Arrange the segments on a plate, and sprinkle them with a generous amount of sugar. Caramelise the fruit by using a blowtorch or place under a grill.
Serve with a large dollop of yoghurt and drizzle with honey.
