SALTED PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE DATES

Ingredients

10 pitted Medjool dates
50g peanut butter
50g NOMU Organic Dark Baking Chocolate 
1 tbsp NOMU Sea Salt Flakes

Directions

Remove the pits from the medjool dates if they aren’t already removed and spread them apart. Stuff each date with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter and close the date up as much as you can.

Prepare a tray with baking paper. Melt the NOMU Dark Chocolate and dip the date into the chocolate to cover generously. Place the dipped dates onto the lined baking tray.

Sprinkle with NOMU Sea Salt flakes and place the date in the fridge to harden and set.
