1 NOMU Chocolate Fondant Kit
2 large eggs, lightly whisked
50ml milk
80g unsalted butter, melted
4 tsp peanut butter
Whipped cream or ice cream, to serve
Preheat your oven to 220°C and lightly grease four ramekins, mini glass jars or tea cups.
Place the fondant mix, eggs, milk and butter in a mixing bowl and lightly whisk until well combined.
Fill each ramekin half full with the batter, place 1 tsp peanut butter into the middle of each and then cover with the rest of the fondant batter.
Bake for 9-11 minutes. The top of the fondants must be just firm to the touch and the center must still be gooey so be careful not to overbake them.
Serve immediately with fresh whipped cream.
