1/4 cup (60ml) NOMU Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Zest of 1 orange, cut into thin strips
3 whole cloves garlic, crushed with the back of a knife
1 small chilli (optional)
1 tbsp NOMU One For All Rub
1 cup (250 ml) large black olives
Heat the Olive Oil in a small pan and fry the orange zest, garlic, chilli and NOMU One For All Rub for a minute or two. Pour the infused oil over the olives and leave to marinate before serving.
Tip: These can be stored in a sterilzed jar as the flavours will develop more each day.
