1 large frozen ripe banana
2 tbsp NOMU Reduced Sugar Chocmilk powder
1 tbsp smooth peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
1/2 cup milk of your choice
Place the ingredients in a blender or Nutri-bullet jug and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Tips: Peel and slice your banana into chunks before freezing it in a zip-lock bag. This recipe serves 1 – simply double up the ingredients for two serves.
