250g butter
400g icing sugar
5 tbsp NOMU Cocoa
1 tbsp milk
Cream the butter for 5 minutes until very pale and fluffy. Sift in the icing sugar and NOMU Cocoa and beat to incorporate. Add a tablespoon of milk and beat again until smooth and creamy.
Spread over cooled chocolate or vanilla cake or cupcakes.
Tips: This recipe makes enough buttercream for 1 cake or 12 cupcakes.
