Fresh strawberries, washed and dried
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave and allow to cool very slightly. Meanwhile, line a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper.
Working with one at a time, hold onto the stalks of the strawberries and dunk into the chocolate so that they are half covered. Place onto the lined baking tray.
Place the tray in the fridge for 1 hour before serving to allow the chocolate to set.
Tip: Transfer the melted chocolate to a smaller, deeper bowl to make dipping easier. If it becomes too thick at any point, gently reheat until runny again.
