SOY TERIYAKI CHICKEN

Ingredients

500g chicken thigh fillets

DRESSING:
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsps sesame seeds
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsps sweet soy sauce
NOMU Sea Salt 
NOMU Black Pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line baking tray with baking paper and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, add tomato paste, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and sweet soy sauce and whisk until well combined with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.

Coat the chicken thigh fillets and arrange them on the prepared baking tray.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes and serve immediately with your choice of rice or salad.
