Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the tomato paste, sesame seeds, sesame oil and sweet soy sauce until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Coat the chicken thigh fillets and arrange them on the prepared baking tray.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until cooked through. Sprinkle over the spring onions and serve with lime wedges and your choice of rice or salad on the side.
