Iced CHOCMILK frappe
The kids will go nuts for this super easy chocolatey drink. With significantly less sugar than your average milkshake (without compromising on delicious flavour of course), this CHOCMILK frappe is the perfect way to cool down on particularly hot summer days.

Iced CHOCMILK frappe

Ingredients

3 tsp NOMU Reduced Sugar CHOCMILK powder
1 cup (250ml) milk, plus extra as needed

TO SERVE (optional):
1/3 cup whipping cream
1/4 tsp NOMU Vanilla Essence
NOMU Reduced Sugar CHOCMILK powder, to dust

Directions

Mix the CHOCMILK powder into 1 ½ tbsp of the milk until well dissolved and smooth. Add the rest of the milk and stir in until well mixed. Pour into an ice cube tray and place in the freezer until frozen through.

When ready to serve, place the CHOCMILK ice cubes in a blender with a good splash of milk (or more prepared CHOCMILK) and blend until thick and smooth.

Pour into a glass and top with whipped vanilla cream and an extra dusting of CHOCMILK powder.

Tip: Store a big batch of CHOCMILK ice cubes in a ziplock bag in the freezer for a delicious cold drink whenever the mood strikes.
