Easy chocolate ice lollies
Hot chocolate doesn’t only have to be enjoyed in the winter months – keep a stash of these ice lollies in the freezer when the warm weather hits for a refreshing treat. They can be made in advance and kept in the freezer for up to a month.

Easy chocolate ice lollies

Makes: 6 ice lollies

Metric Imperial

Ingredients

180g NOMU Just Add Water Hot Chocolate
6 tsp sugar (optional or to taste)
125ml hot water
500ml cold milk or water
6 lolly moulds and sticks

Directions

Place the Just Add Water Hot Chocolate powder into a jug. Add the sugar (if using) and the hot water and stir until smooth. Top up with cold milk or water, stir well and carefully pour into your lolly moulds.

Place in the freezer and chill until completely frozen. Enjoy on a hot summer’s day.
