CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE BOWL

Servings: 2-3

Ingredients

Smoothie:
1 ½ frozen bananas, peeled and sliced
¾ cup coconut cream (or any milk of choice)
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp NOMU Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp NOMU Vanilla Essence

Toppings:
20g NOMU Organic Dark Baking Chocolate, roughly chopped
3 tbsp almonds, roughly chopped
½ tbsp dried goji berries
½ tbsp toasted coconut shavings (optional)
2 bananas, sliced (we used small decorative cookie cutters to shape ours)

Directions

Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding more milk if it is too thick. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

Decorate with the smoothie toppings and enjoy.


Tip: Make sure to peel and slice the bananas before freezing.
